tool to enable/disable the vga-out on i810 chipsets

 A tool that can enable/disable the VGA out and LCD display on i810 chipsets
 that can be found in laptops conforming to Intels Centrino technology.
 i810switch currently supports these chipsets:
 - i810
 - i815
 - i830
 - i845
 There is partial support for these chipsets:
 - i825/855 (VGA out support only)
 - i915     (VGA out support only)
 These Centrino chipsets are not supported:
 - i865
 - i875
