How does ./scripts/Build-Target work?

Define some functions and run target/<name>/build.sh

Run ./scripts/Build-Pkg for all packages and stages

Run post-package-build scripts

Create isofs.txt CD-ROM description file

The build results go to build/<config-id>/...
