[OpenSCAD] feature request: resize

Split the difference. Scale the unspecified axis by the average of the
other two. It's not likely that someone will want that, but then it's
not likely that they'll specify the scale for two out of three axes.
If someone DID specify it that way, that's probably what they would
expect.
