DXF (2D) export is already there. Open up the resulting file in Inkscape and Save As or Export into other formats, including SVG.

I know there are other tools for programmatically generating 2D data, but I was wondering how hard it would be to export SVG, PostScript, or some other vector format. Does anyone have an idea how difficult this would be to add to OpenSCAD?
