[OpenSCAD] regression tests under wine

The windows-compiled regression tests (.exe files) run under 'wine'
(an open source windows compatability layer) on linux. It passes 93%
of tests.

Theoretically, then, you could have a complete edit-compile-test cycle
entirely contained under Linux, without any closed source tools
required. You could take Brad Pitcher's mingw-cross-env build, Xvfb,
and the regression tests, and find some server with 1G RAM that allows
building, and you'd have nightly regression-tested windows builds.
