[OpenSCAD] open .stl file by default

Just make sure that the STL file isn't treated as the save file path,
otherwise you will overwrite it when you hit save. Openscad will, however,
have to assume that the (as yet unsaved) scad file is in the same folder as
the STL for the reference to the file to resolve. Normally you have to save
before it will resolve because the unsaved scad file lacks a relative path
to reference.
