[OpenSCAD] Boat hull

My first attempt would probably involve drawing cross sections of the hull
at a few key points from bow to stern then getting all the stuff in between
with (incidentally) the hull command. Doing 3D hulls is a bit slow but the
result looks really great in my opinion.
