        udev: replace scsi devfs script with one from
        kubuntu (stolen by th :) which fixes a race in
        /dev/discs/diskX creation, also
        - add persistent storage support
        - add early rules needed to be able to handle
          scsi and other events correctly
        
        rockinitrd: re-emit events after chroot, so per-
        missions are also correct for devices that are 
        created before chroot, and also to avoid needing
        all the *_id tools in the initrd for the per-
        sistent storage rules.
