        actually use unique G/UIDs for hal/dbus
        remove ivman user (please re-add it if
        really needed). add plugdev group with
        pmount.
        fix REGISTER. any patches adding groups/
        users without updating REGISTER will be
        discarded, accompanied by a trout slap.
